How to bid on AIIMS Delhi tenders — step-by-step guide 2026

Every screen, every document, every deadline for a first-time AIIMS bidder.

AIIMS New Delhi publishes 60-80 open tenders on any given day, spanning consumables, capital equipment, drugs, and services. Most bidders lose their first attempt on procedural technicalities — wrong DD payee, missing MSME annexure, EMD in the wrong format. Follow this guide once and you will never lose a bid on a technicality again.

Step 1 — Find the tender

  1. Visit the AIIMS New Delhi tender page (aiims.edu/en/tenders) or check Aventiq Tender Radar for the same feed with English summaries and bid-fill guides.
  2. Filter by your product category — cardiology consumables, imaging, wound care, etc.
  3. Read the tender ref number carefully. AIIMS uses format XX-<serial>/<dept>/<year> — you will need this on every submission.

Step 2 — Read the NIT (Notice Inviting Tender)

The NIT is the PDF attached to the listing. Read every page. Pay special attention to:

Step 3 — Prepare documents

Depending on the tender, expect to submit 12-20 documents. Bare minimum:

Step 4 — Submit via eProcure

AIIMS uses the CPP Portal (etenders.gov.in / eprocure). You need a Class III digital signature certificate (DSC) to submit — apply from eMudhra or SafeScrypt at least 5 working days before deadline.

  1. Log in at eprocure with your DSC
  2. Search the tender by ref number
  3. Upload documents one by one in the exact sequence the NIT specifies
  4. Fill the financial bid using the Excel template — do not modify the template layout
  5. Submit and download the acknowledgement receipt (save it — you will need it for any dispute)

Step 5 — After submission
