Refund Policy

Lead unlock fees are non-refundable once buyer details are revealed; pre-reveal refunds within 24 hours on request.
1. Lead unlock fees
When a supplier pays to unlock a buyer’s contact details for an RFQ:
- After reveal: the fee is non-refundable. Once the platform has shown the buyer’s name, email, phone, or address to the supplier, the value has been delivered.
- Within 24 hours, pre-reveal: if you paid the fee but the buyer’s details have not been displayed (for example, a webhook delay or technical error), email contact@aventiqhealth.com with the Razorpay payment ID and we will refund the fee in full.
- Duplicate charges: if Razorpay debits you twice for the same unlock, contact us with both payment IDs and we will refund the duplicate within 5 working days.
2. Premium or subscription plans
Premium plans (when available) are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; the plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate partial-month refunds, except where required by applicable law.
3. Disputes about quote / RFQ outcomes
Aventiq Health is a wholesale facilitation marketplace. Disputes about price, quality, delivery, or warranty are between the buyer and the supplier of record. We do not refund lead-unlock fees on the basis of a downstream commercial dispute. We will, on request, share audit-log evidence of the unlock event to either party to support resolution.
4. How to request a refund
- Email contact@aventiqhealth.com from the address registered on your Aventiq Health account.
- Include the Razorpay payment ID, the RFQ ID (if known), and a brief description of the issue.
- We acknowledge within 1 working day and aim to resolve eligible refunds within 5 working days. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method via Razorpay.
