Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This privacy policy describes how Aventiq Health (a sole proprietorship of Priyanka Singh, GSTIN 07FQXPS1561J1ZZ, registered place of business Unit No-166, 1st Floor, Vardhman Crown Mall, Plot No-2, Sector-19, Dwarka, New Delhi - 110075) collects and uses personal information in connection with the Aventiq Health platform.

2. What we collect

  • Account information — full name, email address, phone number, company / institution name, country, role (buyer / supplier).
  • RFQ & quote content — product specifications, quantities, budgets, destination, delivery dates, and the messages you exchange on the platform.
  • Supplier credentials — GSTIN, PAN, business address, brand authorisations, and any verification documents you upload.
  • Usage data — IP address, user-agent, login timestamps, pages viewed, and audit-log entries for sensitive actions (signup, login, RFQ creation, lead unlock).
  • Payment metadata — Razorpay order id, amount, status. We do not store card numbers or banking credentials; those are handled directly by Razorpay.

3. How we use it

  • To match buyers with relevant verified suppliers.
  • To send transactional notifications (RFQ confirmations, supplier alerts, password resets).
  • To process lead-unlock fees and produce GST-compliant invoices.
  • To detect and prevent abuse (scraping, fake RFQs, payment fraud).
  • To comply with applicable law and respond to legal requests.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers acting on our behalf, and only as needed to operate the platform:

  • Brevo (transactional email — for RFQ confirmations, password reset links, supplier notifications). Privacy: brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.
  • Razorpay (payment processing — for lead-unlock fees). Privacy: razorpay.com/privacy.
  • Hostinger (web hosting) and Neon (managed Postgres database).
  • Anthropic (AI categorisation of RFQ titles & specs; no buyer-identifying information is sent).

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect users from harm.

5. Cookies & sessions

We set a single aventiq_session cookie (HttpOnly, Secure in production) to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party analytics cookies on the marketplace itself.

6. Data retention

Account and RFQ data is retained for as long as your account is active, plus seven years thereafter to satisfy GST and tax-record obligations. Audit-log entries are retained for the same period. You may request earlier deletion (see section 8); we will honour the request to the extent it doesn’t conflict with legal record-keeping duties.

7. Security

Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes (rounds=12). Sessions are signed JWTs in HttpOnly cookies. Connections to the API are TLS-encrypted in production. We log every sensitive action (login, RFQ creation, lead-unlock purchase) so we can investigate suspicious activity.

8. Your rights

You may at any time: access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate details, request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to retention obligations above), or object to specific processing.
