1. Who we are
These terms govern your use of the Aventiq Health platform, operated by Aventiq Health, a sole proprietorship of Priyanka Singh, GSTIN 07FQXPS1561J1ZZ, with its registered place of business at Unit No-166, 1st Floor, Vardhman Crown Mall, Plot No-2, Sector-19, Dwarka, New Delhi - 110075 (“we”, “us”, “Aventiq Health”). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
2. What we are — and aren’t
Aventiq Health is a wholesale facilitation marketplace for medical devices and consumables. We connect verified buyers (hospitals, clinics, distributors, procurement teams) with verified suppliers (manufacturers and authorised distributors). We are not the manufacturer of the products listed, and we do not warrant the safety, efficacy, or regulatory status of any product. All product names and brand marks are the property of their respective owners.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter into contracts on behalf of any organisation you represent. You agree to provide accurate information at signup and to keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account; notify us at contact@aventiqhealth.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Buyer obligations
If you post an RFQ (request for quote), you confirm that the procurement is genuine, that you hold any licences required to purchase the requested devices in your jurisdiction, and that the buyer details you provide are accurate. We may decline or remove RFQs that appear to be fraudulent, duplicative, or inconsistent with applicable medical-device regulation.
5. Supplier obligations
If you list as a supplier, you represent that you hold valid manufacturing or authorised-distributor status for the products you offer, that your regulatory credentials (CE / FDA / CDSCO / etc.) are current, and that any quote you submit is accurate and binding for its stated validity period. Misrepresentation is grounds for permanent suspension.
6. Lead unlock fees
Suppliers pay a per-lead unlock fee to access buyer contact details for an RFQ. The fee is shown before payment and is collected via Razorpay. Once buyer details are revealed, the fee is non-refundable. Pre-reveal refunds are available within 24 hours on request — see our Refund Policy for details.
7. Prohibited use
You agree not to: scrape, mass-extract, or resell platform data; post fake or solicited RFQs; circumvent the lead-unlock mechanism; impersonate another organisation; or use the platform to send unsolicited marketing. We may suspend accounts at our discretion for suspected abuse.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The platform is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, accuracy of supplier or buyer-supplied content, or fitness for any particular procurement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time by emailing contact@aventiqhealth.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
